Before joining Accuserve, Hunter Powell was a Principal at BW Forsyth Partners, and also worked for Cherokee Investment Partners, a Raleigh, NC-based private equity fund with more than $2.0 billion under management.
Hunter earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, and his M.B.A. from the Olin Business School at Washington University.
Rob is responsible for ensuring client success and driving the company’s growth across multiple markets. He brings over 30 years of financial services experience, including 20+ years in sales, account management, and business development positions at the leadership and executive levels. His most recent role prior to joining Accuserve was leading the CoreLogic Insurance Sales Division, where he was SVP/Head of Sales.
Rob has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Adrian College.
Dan leads the operations across all our products and teams. He focuses on driving operational efficiency, further integrating our solutions, and creating processes that are structured for scale.
Dan has over 25 years of experience holding senior leadership roles in Operations, Strategy, Human Resources, and Process Improvement. Dan is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and worked in various industries including Print & Paper, Financial Services, and Branded Merchandise.
Nicole leads the development and expansion of our window assessment and restoration services.
She is a senior operations leader with over 20 years of operational, product, client service and go-to-market achievement in multiple industries. Most recently, Nicole spent 7 years in various operations leadership positions at CoreLogic. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, completed an Executive Program on Driving Performance and Change at Columbia Business School, and is a Pragmatic Certified Product Manager.
Joe is a technology leader who has innovated carrier-focused solutions for the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining Accuserve, he was President and CEO of Athenium.
Joe holds a Computer Science degree with honors from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Kelly began his career with a custom home builder. After several years, he earned his General Contractor’s license and formed his own company, specializing in whole-house remodeling. Over time, Kelly shifted the company’s focus to insurance restoration, and his expertise in that area ultimately led to his current role at Accuserve.
Kelly earned his B.A. in Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas.
Jennifer leads the expansion of operational capacity and process efficiency for our exterior restoration services.
She brings over 25 years of property insurance claims processing and TPA experience. Jennifer has several years of experience in the claims space and held various senior leadership positions in this field. She has a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Insurance Risk Management from Missouri State University and is also Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma certified.
Scott came to Accuserve with vast experience in the insurance claims industry, having most recently served as vice president and co-founder of APU Solutions for 17+ years.
A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Scott is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and served in Operation Desert Storm.
Alicia has 15 years of comprehensive human resources experience.
She graduated from Ohio Northern University and has an MBA specializing in HR management from the University of Toledo.
She also holds the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional and Professional in Human Resources designation.
