Hunter Powell

Chief Executive Officer

Before joining Accuserve, Hunter Powell was a Principal at BW Forsyth Partners, and also worked for Cherokee Investment Partners, a Raleigh, NC-based private equity fund with more than $2.0 billion under management.

Hunter earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, and his M.B.A. from the Olin Business School at Washington University.

Joe Kislo

Chief Technology Officer

Joe Kislo is a technology leader who has innovated carrier-focused solutions for the Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining AccuServe, Joe was President and CEO of Athenium.

Joe holds a Computer Science degree with honors from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Kelly Lively

President of Windows Services

Kelly began his career with a custom home builder. After several years, he earned his General Contractor’s license and formed his own company, specializing in whole-house remodeling. Over time, Kelly shifted the company’s focus to insurance restoration, and his expertise in that area ultimately led to his current role at Accuserve.

Kelly earned his B.A. in Strategic Communications from the University of Kansas.

Dan Srbinovski

SVP of Operations, Interior Restoration Services

Dan has over 20 years of experience holding senior leadership roles in Operations, Strategy, Human Resources, and Process Improvement. Dan is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and worked in various industries including Print & Paper, Financial Services and Branded Merchandise.

Dan was the SVP of Operations for a top 30 Branded Merchandise distributor, developing the strategy for the Procurement/Supply Chain, HR, Warehouse/Distribution, Global Strategic Account Mgmt., and Client Services functional areas of the business.

Jennifer Barker

SVP of Operations, Exterior Restoration Services

Jennifer Barker leads the expansion of our operational capacity and drives process efficiency.

Jennifer brings over 25 years of property insurance claims processing and TPA experience. She has several years of experience in the claims space and held various senior leadership positions in this field. Jennifer has a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Insurance Risk Management from Missouri State University and is also Green Belt, Lean Six Sigma certified.

Scott Westbrook

SVP of Sales

Scott Westbrook came to Accuserve with vast experience in the insurance claims industry, having most recently served as vice president and co-founder of APU Solutions for 17+ years.

A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Westbrook is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and served in Operation Desert Storm.

Alicia DeCant

SVP of Human Resources

Alicia has 15 years of comprehensive human resources experience.

She graduated from Ohio Northern University and has an MBA specializing in HR management from the University of Toledo.

She also holds the Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional and Professional in Human Resources designation.

Ed Jones

VP of Education

Ed Jones has worked in the water damage mitigation industry for over 30 years. Ed has been awarded the designation of Master Water Restorer by the IICRC and the prestigious Water Loss Specialist (WLS) designation by the Restoration Industry Association. Ed has also assisted in designing and building three IICRC approved ASD (Applied Structural Drying) flood houses.

Dusty Bodenmiller

VP of Mitigation Services

Dusty joined Accuserve in September 2011. Prior to joining Accuserve, he held key leadership roles at different organizations within the insurance industry.

He has obtained the WRT, ASD and AMRT certifications through the IICRC, as well as certifications in Customer Service and Business Leadership. He has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio.

Nick Allar

AVP of Specialty Services

Since joining Accuserve in 2009 as a frontline Contents representative, Nick Allar has held several leadership roles within the company in multiple departments.

Currently, Nick leads the teams focused on our Technical Review, Contents Valuation, Onsite Inventory, and Accuserve360 services.

Tony Tousignant

Director of Managed Repairs

Tony Tousignant joined Accuserve in October 2018 and has twelve years of experience in the insurance claims industry including experience as a claims professional and director of quality and compliance for a third party administrator.

Tony is IICRC WRT, ASD, and FSRT certified.
