We use a combination of state-of-the-art technology, industry best practices, and experienced people to help dry your property after it's been damaged by water.
Information Gathering
We know how stressful water damage is. Our first call will help put your mind at ease. We’ll gather the basic information we need to assess any damage. Then we’ll give you the contractor’s estimated time of arrival.
Contractor Inspection
The contractor will assess the damage to your property and collaborate with Accuserve during a thorough virtual assessment. We’ll discuss the best strategy for drying your property.
Drying the Home
Every water damage claim is unique. It can take longer if there are complications such as hazardous materials found, but on average, it takes five days or fewer to dry a home thoroughly.
Equipment Removal
Once your property is dry, the contractor will remove their equipment.
Reconstruction
We can often save damaged material (drywall, flooring, etc.) through our drying processes. However, if it was necessary to remove damaged materials or if the damage compromised the structural integrity of your property, reconstruction will be required.
A damaged roof can lead to other issues. Our skilled roofing and exterior experts can assess your roof and work with your insurance company to complete the necessary repairs quickly.
Experienced experts who really care make the difference when your roof needs restoration.
First Notice of Loss
You can call us directly, or your insurance carrier may put you in touch with our team of experts when you call to report damage to your roof. We’ll set up an appointment with a qualified local contractor from our network to complete the inspection of your home. All of our contractors are vetted, licensed, insured, and have passed a comprehensive background check.
Inspection
Together, our contractor and one of our virtual estimators will survey your roof and take pictures of any damage. The inspection can take up to two hours. It allows us to capture valuable information and provides the first step in the detailed record we produce while managing your job.
Estimate Review
An Accuserve estimator will provide a detailed estimate to your insurance company for their review. Once we receive their approval, the contractor will review the estimate with you, including the timeline for any and all work that you choose your contractor to complete for you.
Work Begins
The contractor will order the required materials.
The time to restore your roof will depend on what’s found during the inspection, but rest assured, you’ll have a timeline in hand before work begins.
Work Inspection
The next step is to ensure your satisfaction. The contractor will take additional photos of the completed work and submit them for a quality assurance review. You’ll be presented with a Certification of Satisfaction form to sign if the work meets your expectations.
Our Warranty
In addition to the contractor’s warranty, our work is backed by an Accuserve 5-year warranty for roof replacement and a 3-year warranty for roof repair. Plus, our warranty is transferable when you sell your property. You can contact us at any time during the warranty period for support.
Damage to windows can compromise the soundness of your home, impacting everything from energy bills to the property’s structural integrity. Our experts have years of experience handling damaged windows, returning these critical elements to their optimal state with minimum impact to you.
When it comes to windows, replacement is not always the best option. Our experts have the expertise to determine what will work best for your home.
First Notice of Damage
When you see or suspect windows damage, call us directly or your insurance carrier may put you in touch with our team. We’ll set up an appointment with a qualified local contractor from our network to complete the inspection of you.
Inspection
Our Window experts will do a complete inspection of your windows and doors. It may also be necessary to inspect the interior of the windows.
Estimate Creation & Review
After inspecting your property, our national support center experts will determine the scope of work and the restoration plan. Once a scope is determined, a detailed estimate will be sent to your insurance company for approval.
Restoration Work
Once your insurance carrier approves the scope of work, an expert contractor on the Accuserve network will meet with you to discuss the work involved, then begin restoring your windows and doors.
