Accuserve Education
Best Way to Learn –
Simulate a real-world residential water loss of over 1500 gallons of water in a normal 1,800 SF home built outside according to normal building codes. As you learn from industry experts work with restorers, adjusters, and TPA employees to contain, extract, and dry utilizing industry standards practices and procedures. Accuserve’s Disaster Recovery Learning Labs are built on college campuses and offer the industry's latest drying technology. These training facilities are IICRC ASD approved by the IICRC and contain crawlspaces, finished basements, and concrete slab foundations.
Dried In Four Days with NO Demolition –
Our flood houses are some of the largest in the industry and are flooded 24-36 hours before start of the course with ambient temperatures raised to create the hottest, most humid conditions possible. A variety of building materials are flooded to show what materials can be restored and how long it should take to dry, e.g., carpet, carpet pad, drywall, plaster, insulation, ceramic tile over cement board and plywood subfloor, hardwood, and engineered wood flooring, etc. Because we don’t sell equipment, we are an independent equipment testing facility that tests and evaluates all kinds of mitigation equipment and meters. See our unbiased testing results and have great discussions about the challenges and opportunities facing this industry.
How you Benefit –
Earn your IICRC WRT, ASD, AMRT, and CDS certifications while building marketplace credibility and learning how to document your drying process properly to avoid litigation. Restorers gain separation from their competition while building trust and respect with the insurance industry.
